Five Storey Block of flats with a ground floor shop

The recorded pillars in the semitransparent glass building shell on the ground floor serve as a kind of raising to the storeys of the construction. The north side which is on the whole “closed” demarcates the building, whereas on the south side, the patios create the appropriate microclimate, necessary for the city center. The slope that unifies the fourth with the fifth storey reminds us of the “rule” of the ideal solid structure, perfecting inthis way the coronation of the building.
