The building has a strong and sophisticated architectural language. The extended slab lines with deep overhangs give the building a sleek, modernist identity. They emphasize horizontality in a very refined way. The dark glazing, vertical wooden slats, and crisp white slab edges create a visually rich rhythm. The warm wood softens the boldness of glass and steel. The full-height glazing and wraparound balconies enhance the feeling of openness and invite natural light deep into the interior.

Each floor respects a modular alignment but subtle shifts—like corner treatments or vertical panel interruptions—add complexity without noise

By recessing the ground floor columns and cladding them dark, the mass seems to float, which is a bold tectonic gesture. The slab projections also act as passive sunshades, a key move in sustainable design—particularly in the city of Patras.
