The design retains the simplicity of a Mediterranean aesthetic while enhancing functionality and visual appeal. The building maintains an elegant, traditional form with a clean, symmetrical façade, ideal for a serene island setting. The wooden shutters and railings create warmth and a sense of authenticity, complementing the surrounding greenery. The use of multiple shutters and balconies ensures excellent ventilation and a strong indoor-outdoor connection, perfect for a rental property in a warm climate.

The restrained, Mediterranean planting (agave, ivy, and other greenery) blends seamlessly with the stone textures, softening the edges of the built environment.

The pool is well-positioned in relation to the building, creating an inviting communal space.
