Two identical houses are located on the plot near the west side with a southwest orientation.
The urban planning and functional criteria contributed to the final configuration of the landscape and the houses.
The entrance to the “axis” of the residence predisposes to a kind of symmetry within it, but it was simply the desire of the users for the central entrance to be in the middle of the facade, so that inside the living room and the kitchen work antidiametrically.
Each residence is less than 50 square meters and has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, main bathroom, wc and utility room.
The full exploitation of the square footage and our legislation allows the design of a loft on the floor, thus making possible the fact that more than 5 people can be found in a house of 50 square meters at the same time.
